The non-profit Vuulr Supply Chain will develop technology and services to manage avails, metadata, and unique IDs for your titles, with easy-to-use tools implementing the existing global industry standards and best practices. Modern, web delivered, and mobile friendly, it will be charged on a software-as-a-service monthly subscription.

Content Creators and Distributors can list Movies, TV Shows, Sports, e-Sports, and Formats on the Vuulr Marketplace. The Vuulr Marketplace will match content with buyers and proactively promote the content to them using machine learning and recommendation engine technology; driving new incremental sales and releasing value from the front and back catalogue.

Buyers (FTA, Pay TV, & OTT) from around the world will have powerful tools to allow them to search, screen, check avails, and negotiate rights packages with the content owners. The Vuulr Marketplace will make it quicker and easier for buyers to find, negotiate, and acquire the content they need.

Brands Sponsorship

As traditional paid advertising loses traction, brands are increasingly turning to content and sponsorship to fill the gap. The Vuulr Marketplace will bring the brands - or their agencies - together with broadcasters and creators, acting as a one-stop catalogue and trading platform for both finished and new content. Brands and agencies can negotiate rights from broadcast sponsorship, product placement, commissioned content, all the way to full IP ownership.

The not-for-profit Vuulr Supply Chain's charter will be to support the industry through education, consulting and implementation support services.

The Vuulr Supply Chain will also develop open source applications and platform technology based on the MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework (MDDF)* using the Blockchain. (* Download the PDF)

The MDDF framework and standards are supported by the major studios - Disney, Fox, Lionsgate, NBCU, Paramount, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros. - and major digital platforms - Amazon, Google Play, Microsoft Movies & TV, Comcast, Netflix, Sony PlayStation, and Vudu.

The Vuulr Supply Chain will solve pressing technical issues in digital supply chain automation from beginning (Avails / Rights Management) to end (consumer experience); saving cost and time, whilst improving quality leading to an increase of revenue.
